In addition to a collection of books, audio-visual materials, and periodical subscriptions, the Williamson Library provides access to an online catalog, local and NC LIVE databases, Research Guides, SCC Archives, and Veterans’ Oral History Project. Library patrons can access a collection of local census and county records and North Carolina historical newspapers.
Students, faculty, staff, and community members have access to not only local resources but in-state and out-of-state resources through an Interlibrary Loan Service.
The Williamson Library provides computer workstations for students and community members. Individual and group study rooms are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. The open computer lab, tutoring services, testing center, and Distance Learning Department are housed in the library.
The library maintains daytime and evening hours Monday through Thursday and daytime hours on Friday when classes are in session. For more information about the Williamson Library, click here.
